This interactive workshop equips coaches and leaders with evidence-based tools to enhance resilience, engagement, and creativity through the intentional use of humor and flow principles. Drawing on research from positive psychology, mindfulness, and humor, participants will explore how humor acts as a stress buffer and relationship builder, while flow fosters deep focus, intrinsic motivation, and peak performance.
Through hands-on activities — including humor mapping, fun-framing, and flow-based coaching prompts — participants will build a personalized Humor & Flow Toolkit. With specific examples, they’ll also gain insight into the five resilience types identified by the validated SkillToGo Resilience Test (2025), learning how humor and flow can be tailored to support different coping styles.
Reflection and application segments support immediate integration into coaching or leadership practice. Participants will deepen their alignment with ICF Core Competencies such as maintaining presence, cultivating trust and safety, evoking awareness, and supporting well-being. Humor is presented not as entertainment, but as a powerful lens for reframing and resilience.
No previous experience in humor, improv, or flow theory is needed — just a willingness to participate and play. Whether working with individuals or teams, attendees will leave with powerful, practical tools to bring more lightness, presence, and vitality into their work.
