Organizations are being asked to deliver transformation faster - while leadership capacity, engagement, and retention are under strain. The differentiator is no longer whether you develop leaders, but whether you can scale leadership capability in a way that is measurable, sustainable, and aligned to enterprise priorities.

This three-hour executive working session is designed for organizational coaches and senior leaders responsible for talent, culture, and performance, offering a practical, data-informed view of how leading global organizations embed coaching as an operating capability - strengthening leadership effectiveness, accelerating readiness, and improving culture health during sustained change.

You'll hear from industry leaders on how to advance from interest to implementation of a coaching initiative: what to fund, how to govern it, how to scale it responsibly (including AI), and how to prove impact. A featured portion of the session focuses on fostering community- inspiring and equipping participants to build their own coach communities of practice through practical thought leadership and a clear, actionable roadmap.

We’ll also explore how leading organizations are responding to today’s most significant challenges: bridging generational gaps, improving retention in volatile labor markets, reducing leadership burnout, strengthening succession pipelines, and enabling successful transformation in an AI-accelerated environment.
