This session begins with an opening exercise where participants sketch their current “hybrid team mood” as abstract colors or shapes. A mini‑input follows, offering a short overview of research on rituals, belonging, and hybrid cohesion. In a design sprint, participants work in small groups to identify one common hybrid friction — such as isolation or lack of rhythm — and brainstorm ritual responses. During the artful creation phase, each group crafts its ritual visually or through micro‑movement and presents it to peers. A reflection segment provides a guided debrief focused on “What made this ritual meaningful? Transferable?” Participants then complete the Hybrid Ritual Design Canvas for use with clients. Materials provided include the Hybrid Ritual Design Canvas (worksheet), a research summary sheet with citations, and a digital or printable reflection card deck. These elements support coaches in applying practical tools and approaches that strengthen rhythm, belonging, and connection in hybrid teams.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion, participants will be able to design and facilitate simple, culturally inclusive rituals that build trust, belonging, and psychological safety within hybrid and distributed teams.
Upon completion, participants will be able to apply the Ritual Design Canvas to help leaders identify friction points and co-create daily practices that strengthen team connection and performance.
Upon completion, participants will be able to demonstrate art-based coaching techniques that evoke awareness, enhance presence, and transform routine team moments into opportunities for reflection and growth.
