Joachim Döninghaus is an executive coach and organizational consultant with over 30 years of international expertise in leadership development, change management, and conflict mediation. A graduate in Educational Science and Psychology from the University of Bielefeld, he is certified in Psychodrama, Systemic Counselling, NLP Master and Viktor Frankl’s Logotherapy.
Following a foundational tenure at the renowned German management consulting firm Metaplan GmbH, Joachim has founded several consulting firms, most recently DNAnalytics UG, where he and his team develop AI-powered coaching platforms.
