Catherine Tanneau, MCC, is a Global Master Coach, CEO of Variations and Activision Coaching Institute, and a specialist in executive coaching, leadership transformation, and coaching cultures. A former Chair of the ICF Global Board, she has created innovative frameworks applied across industries and cultures. As Dean of a leading coaching training provider, she launched the first ICF Level 3–accredited program in French-speaking communities. Catherine teaches leadership at HEC Paris, co-hosts the Transform Tomorrow Today podcast, and is the author of four books on leadership and coaching. She partners with global companies such as L’Oréal and Pernod Ricard, working across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. A keynote speaker and advocate for coaching ethics, she is also conducting advanced research on AI, leadership, and coaching.
