Dr. Nannette Reuther is an EMCC-accredited Supervisor (ESIA) and ICF PCC and ACTC credential-holder. A former Director at Deloitte Consulting and FinTech Chief People Officer, she brings deep experience in leadership, transformation, and complex organisational environments.
She is the Co-Founder of supervision.partners, a practice dedicated to establishing supervision as a core element of professional coaching and leadership development — not as an optional add-on, but as part of professional practice.
Through 1:1 and group supervision, she provides sparring for reflective practice — working with coaches, leaders, and coaching education providers to reflect, recognise patterns, and strengthen professional judgement, while sustaining ethical, high-quality practice.
Her work creates structured spaces to step back, recalibrate, and reconnect with what matters most in professional practice - often supported by image-based reflection to unlock new perspectives.
