Olivier Malafronte is a pioneer in AI Coaching since 2015 having created three companies in the space. He shares his time between teaching activities in Human Resources, AI Coaching research and developments as well as executive coaching for team leaders and department leaders in multinational companies. Olivier is also part of the French research and practice association for HRM (AGRH GRT Coaching & Mentoring) as well as the AI Coaching Coalition Europe with the international coaching authorities ICF, EMCC and AC.
