In leadership, executive presence and -impact. In 2020, I co-founded www.teamcoaching.global, which provides training in the ICF Team Coaching Competencies.
I earned my MCC in 2019 and my ACTC in 2022. I also bobtained the Master Practitioner in 2022 from the EMCC.
I’m active as an MCC Mentor Coach. In this role, I founded www.coachingjourneys.org, a worldwide community of 20000 coaches seeking their ICF credential.
I’ve been a volunteer for the ICF for many years:
ICF Team Coaching Community of Practice Leader (2014-2019)
Subject Matter Expert in ICF Global Task Forces since 2018, focusing on the development of new (team) coaching competencies, the training accreditation architecture, and ICF Governance.
Member of the Global Professional Coaches Nominating Committee since 2019.
CF Independent Review Board Member since 2023.
ICF MCC Portfolio Assessor since 2023.
ICF MCC Assessor Community Co-Lead since 2024.
