Bea Bincze PCC is an executive coach, leadership trainer, and Humor Ambassador with over 25 years of corporate leadership experience, including senior finance and transformation roles. In her coaching practices, she integrates positive psychology, flow research, and humor-based interventions to help individuals and teams “laugh more and stress less.”
A lifelong advocate for applied positive psychology, Bea is a member of the Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor (AATH), the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), and a presenter at ECPP, IPPA, ICF, and AATH conferences in the US, Europe and Australia. Her current work explores how humor and playfulness function as triggers for flow and resilience in coaching. She is the author of The Perfectly Imperfect Fun-Framing Playbook and creator of the Humor Ambassador Train-the-Trainer Program, which promotes humor habits as practical tools for thriving, connection, and flow in modern workplaces.
