A former corporate executive with over 30 years of international business leadership experience, she brings deep strategic and leadership insight to her work with C-suite leaders.
Lucy is known for integrating Eastern philosophical wisdom—particularly Taoist, YingYang principles—with Western leadership science and professional coaching methodologies. She helps leaders develop the mental agility to navigate paradox, build resilience, and lead sustainable performance, while supporting organizations in cultivating coaching cultures and leadership ecosystems for lasting transformation.
An international keynote speaker and facilitator, Lucy designs experiential leadership programs that spark deep reflection and meaningful dialogue.
She holds degrees in Electrical Engineering, Law, and an MBA, and is currently studying philosophy. Her personal practices—including meditation, Meridian Yoga, dance, hiking, and Chinese kung-fu—continue to shape her perspective on leadership, balance, and inner development.
