Dr. Catherine Ng, MCC, is a pioneering executive coach and internationally recognized speaker who introduced coaching to mainland China in 1997. With over 29 years of experience, she is the founder of the Enrichment Consulting & Coaching Institute and integrates Eastern and Western philosophies in her work.
A former ICF Beijing Chapter Chairperson, Catherine holds a doctorate from Middlesex University, researching corporate coaching culture. She is a course designer for ICF-accredited programs and a guest professor at institutions like the University of Hong Kong. She has authored several books, including Diversity in Coaching and Book of Wisdom, and designs large-scale organizational transformation programs.
Her advanced training includes studies at Harvard, MIT, and a fellowship with McLean Hospital's Institute of Coaching. Catherine is also an avid masters rower, set to compete on Boston's Charles River in 2024 and 2025.
