Lucilla Rizzini is the CEO of Ellecubica Coaching Academy in Italy. She began her professional career in international trade as an Area Manager while still at university and graduated cum laude in Foreign Languages and Literature. After several years as a Global Sales Manager for Italian and international companies, she completed a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication and Conflict Management, later becoming a lecturer in the same program.
In 2011 she started her independent professional journey, founded Ellecubica in 2017, and established its School of Coaching in 2019. Ellecubica is today the exclusive Italian partner of the Leadership Pipeline Institute (LPI) and works with Italian and multinational corporate clients.
She is a Master Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation, holds a degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques and is a published author.
Privately, she loves trekking in the Italian Alps where she completed several ultratrail races.
