A long-time admirer of Milton Erickson, she named her organization in his honor and built its methodology around the principles of solution-focused psychology and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). Marilyn developed the widely respected 4 Quadrant Coaching Model, equipping individuals and teams with practical, outcome-oriented tools for transformation. As an industrial psychologist, she adapted coaching practices for corporate settings, making them accessible and impactful for leaders worldwide.
Over the past 40-plus years, Marilyn has led training programs in more than 50 countries, influencing the evolution of coaching on every continent.
