Ross Nichols PCC is a coach and mentor with 26 years of British Army service and coaching expertise across business, leadership, career, wellness, and cancer.
Ross has shaped the global coaching profession through his work with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), including co-creating the competency framework for mentor-coaching and the ICF Coaching Body of Competencies and Knowledge. He is an ICF-registered mentor-coach, an ICF-approved coach educator, and a published author.
With a Transpersonal coaching style, Ross helps clients explore values, energy, vitality, and spirit; often working with the shadow side, where he believes the deepest learning and healing can be found.
His passioin projects are: the use of poetry for coaching; and cancer coaching. He leads the Creative Coaching Collective and the Cancer Coaching Community. He is a local coaching group leader within the UK ICF Chapter.
