Saima is the Co Founding Director of a boutique consultancy that supports leaders and their teams in delivering complex mega and giga projects across public and private sectors worldwide. She believes coaching and societal impact are inextricably linked, guiding her work as an executive coach, mentor, and facilitator of individual, team, and organisational change. Saima brings 25 years of experience applying strategic thinking, intuitive awareness, and a values led approach to create meaningful impact. She delivers ICF accredited Level 2 coach training both in house and through open programmes. Having previously served on the UK ICF Chapter and the ICF Foundation, she now serves on two global ICF advisory boards dedicated to coaching education and credentialing standards.
