Session Description:
This 90-minute interactive panel and masterclass blends storytelling, perspective, reflection, and collaboration to expand each participant’s understanding of mastery, impact, and service. The experience unfolds in three parts: first, a 50-minute panel conversation exploring Mastery, Sustainability, and Global Collaboration, followed by reflective prompts that invite participants to deepen their thinking. Next, a guided 30-minute reflective practice and paired dialogue helps attendees identify how they can create sustainable impact within and beyond their coaching communities by leveraging connection and collaboration. The session concludes with a 10-minute collective call to action through the 1000 Hours for Sustainable Impact Challenge — an invitation to serve humanity through coaching beyond boundaries. Participants will receive a reflective worksheet designed to translate insights into concrete, measurable commitments that support meaningful, long-term impact.
